Reziumuojant Europos Komisijos, finansuojan&#269;ios &scaron;i&#261; program&#261;, atstovo Hanso-Ervino Barto &#303;&#382;angin&#281; kalb&#261;, svarbu tinkamai ir patraukliai pristatyti Europos produktus (tarp j&#371; S&#363;r&#303;) pasaulin&#279;je rinkoje. Klausimams ar diskusijoms buvo skirta labai nedaug laiko. Pienini&#371; galvij&#371; gaus&#279;jimas XVI  a. pab. &ndash;XVII a. pr. siekiant ekonomin&#279;s naudos i&scaron; pieno &#382;aliavos,  Bonos Sforcos &#303; LDK dvarus &#303;ne&scaron;tos mitybos naujov&#279;s, spartesnis miest&#371;  (ypa&#269; Vilniaus po universiteto &#303;steigimo) augimas tur&#279;jo paskatinti ir  poky&#269;ius s&#363;rininkyst&#279;je.
